[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Witlingo.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. Speedy deletion nomination of Witlingo
[edit]Hello Alleoscar,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Witlingo for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, Witlingo Inc..
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Speedy deletion nomination of Witlingo Inc.
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Witlingo Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Edwardx (talk) 19:45, 25 August 2017 (UTC)

An article you recently created, Voicebots, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. ✗plicit 00:22, 12 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Creepee0. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living person on Riley Reid, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! — Preceding undated comment added 18:25, 5 April 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Jimmy Dore, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. EvergreenFir (talk) 03:28, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- The page is obviously being actively managed by editors who are detracors of Jimmy Dore. Several judgement calls are being made as if they were fact ("conspiracy theoris") and several cherry picked articles are cited to create the impression for instance that he is an Islamophobe and a lover of Russia, etc. This HIGHLY manupulative and misleading. Please stop this clear attempt to smear the man. Alleoscar (talk) 03:37, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Jimmy Dore, you may be blocked from editing. Even if you think Dore is not a consistency theorist, many reliable sources say he is. WP:NPOV means we reflect what those sources say EvergreenFir (talk) 03:37, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- I think the vandalizing is being done by those who are clearly intent on painting a negative view of the man. Please remain ethical in your conduct. Do NOT make non factual assertions and do NOT cherry pick and slant. Alleoscar (talk) 03:39, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Use the talk page of the article to point or specific sentence you think are won't and present reliable sources to support your claims. EvergreenFir (talk) 03:41, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- The opening sentence states flatly that he is a conspiracy theorist. It presents a judgment call as a simple fact. That is out of line. Alleoscar (talk) 03:42, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Use the talk page of the article to point or specific sentence you think are won't and present reliable sources to support your claims. EvergreenFir (talk) 03:41, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Again: "many reliable sources" may say that he is a conspiracy theories, but the language used in the article does not reflect that. It is stated as a non-controversial fact, when it is NOT. You can say something like he has been accused of being a conspiracy theorist, but you can't simply assert it. Alleoscar (talk) 03:41, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Please see WP:YESPOV. If reliable success at something is true, so do we. We don't have to attribute every label when it's widely sourced. EvergreenFir (talk) 03:42, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hello. First, I want to aplogize for my behavior. I have eductaed myself on the wikipedia process and I now understand how to proceed. Second: I do sincerely believe that calling Mr. Dore a "conspiracy theorist" feels like a deliberate act of ill will. I have personally been watching Mr. Dore for several months now, and I don't believe that he is a "conspiracy theorist" in the sense that he gratuitously engages in theories that are simply groundless and at the service of some far feteched, fantatstical view of the world. Instead, he strongly challenges established narratives and does so in a way that is coherent and backed by data and evidence so that a reasonable person with an open mind can deem, in good faith, that his theories are not implosible of far fetched. Is for instance the accusation that the US did know about the Nordstom pipeline bombing a conspiracy theory? I don't think so, given the very, very long record of the the US intelligence engaging in such sabotatge actions, directly or indirectly, and the consensus is now on the side of those who agree with that stand. Now, someone like Alex Jones is indeed a conspiracy theorist because he has presented theories that require a level of fantastical collaboration that are impossible to imagine given what we know about how the world works.
- I respectfully ask that we revise the inclusion, as if were a matter of simple fact and accepted consensus, that Mr. Dore is a conspiracy theorist.
- Last: Why such an interesy on my part? Th ereason is this: I am an editor of Social Epistemology, a scholarly/academic digital journal that focuses on issues of knowledge, and one our recurring topics is that of "conspiracy theory". This conversation here that I am having with you is part of field work, so to speak, to engage people "in the wild" who tag information and people as conspiracy theory related and to understand how they go about making their assertions. One way to get a first hand experience of your thinking and beyond is to engage you earnestly in challenging you characterization of Mr. Dore here as a "conspiracy theorist".
- I do look forward to you reaction. Alleoscar (talk) 01:13, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
