Name and timestamp
[edit]I think you have configured your signature utilizing an Arabic keyboard. This is why your time stamp is showing up the way it is. It is fairly simple for one to deduce the date and time as expressed in your signature but it would be better if people didn't have to. What does the code look like that you've entered into your preferences area? (→Netscott) 21:55, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
Question
[edit]Why did you decide to start this account? You're obviously an experienced Wikipedia user. (→Netscott) 05:30, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- You are correct although it is not supposed to happen, I do tend to see that folks who contribute with an account are taken more seriously than those who do so with IP addresses. Part of the reason I've asked is that given the ease and familiarity with editing on Wikipedia you've demonstrated you've opened yourself up for accusations of being a sockpuppet of an editor who ordinarily would not have the right to edit due to having been banned or otherwise indefinitely blocked. If what I have described is the case and you have a sincere desire to help benefit the project then I strongly advise you to avoid editing in those previous patterns and do your best to work with others. Thanks. (→Netscott) 09:07, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- Just play by the rules, value talk above edit-warring, discuss content instead of contributors, and all should be fine.Proabivouac 07:18, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
