what you have posted is concise & factual ~ thank you you should correct his profession, attorney is not a profession, you can be a lawyer or attorney to someone specifically ~ but, the editors must know this, oui ?
- Gittis's occupation is listed in the infobox as attorney. Some attorneys do not practice or work in a legal field, in which case it might be incorrect to list that kind of attorney's occupation as attorney. However, as far as I can tell from the cited sources, Gittis was a partner at a law firm and then a principal at MacAndrews, but still acting in a legal capacity. Therefore, listing his occupation as attorney seems accurate.--Bbb23 (talk) 20:40, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

[edit]i should hope they are being discussed, the misinformation & errors on this page have been most upsetting since Howard's death ~ this site from commencement has been inaccurate. my husband was a serious man & i do not appreciate his mistakes being misconstrued when he is no longer here to set them straight - were Howard alive this matter would be resolved, but his untimely death left loose ends & an occasion for distortion. Howard was a successful man & he does not deserve the truth to be rewritten by those who took advantage of him in life ~ what i found interesting in your editing was you did not question anything i corrected other than the sad truth surrounding his illegitimate child - truth ? unconstuctive ? thank you Alicebackwards (talk) 18:22, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to the page Howard Gittis. Blank pages can confuse readers, and are overall not helpful to the Wikipedia project; furthermore, blanking a page is not the same as deleting it.
If the article you blanked is a duplicate of another article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate revision. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please use the appropriate deletion process.
