Chzz gave you a good answer on your talk page. Creating a page about technology that you created would represent a conflict of interest, and you would also need reliable sources in order to write an article. But he is of Turkish descent as his name is Turkish. I know youa are follwing Wikipedia policiy on sources, but if you were Turkish or knew Turkish names, you would let it stay. Wikipedia has a strict no original research policy. Even if the names are Turkish, we need a reliable source to label them as such. In addition, you are adding them to the Australian Muslims category, and not all Turks are Muslims. Without a source, your edits are not in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines.
