- I can read romanian at a pinch, and it would very much depend upon the Wikipedia the article is to be published in, but for the English Wikipedia I can say that the subject of the article does not pass the notability threshold, and there are not enough reliable independent sources included. - I moved your article to User:Alexsporea/Florin Mocanescu once - it was in Romanian. (This is English Wikipedia.) You moved it back to article space, so I have deleted it as a copy of a page already on Romanian Wikipedia at ro:Florin Mocănescu.
