Speedy deletion nomination of Giovanni Mascellaro
[edit]A tag has been placed on Giovanni Mascellaro requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Hello there, the Giovanni Mascellaro was a few sentences copied from the imdb reference. You would have to rewrite it in your own words if you want to have an article on the man. I think he looked important enough, but I had to delete it because of copyright infringement. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:07, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
- Where did you put your new article? I cannot see it at Giovanni Mascellaro. Did you save it? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:19, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Now you need to find some more references, particularly reliable ones. IMDB is not reliable. We need newspapers, magazines etc if possible. You can add more links in the references section. I have added wiki markup to it. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:49, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Giovanni Mascellaro has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \byoutube\.com (links: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=giovanni+mascellaro). If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. Video links are also strongly deprecated by our guidelines for external links, partly because they're useless to people with slow internet connections.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 11:49, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Giovanni Mascellaro in 1992.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Giovanni Mascellaro in 1992.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:05, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Hullaballoo Wolfowitz
[edit]Hello Alexj66 to answer you question about Giovanni Mascellaro in this case it is best to ask the person who tagged the article, using: User talk:Hullaballoo Wolfowitz. You can find out who did what to an article by clicking the history tab at the top. The sources should be newspapers that talk about the artist, rather than youtube and myspace outputs. What you need is a reliable source of information. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:04, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of of Giovanni Mascellaro
[edit]A tag has been placed on Giovanni Mascellaro, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 13:11, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Alexej66/Giovanni Mascellaro and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Alexej66/Giovanni Mascellaro during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. The file File:Giovanni Mascellaro in 1992.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
