I have removed the tag mentioned above, as I think that there is reason to believe that he is notable. I left a tag asking for further review with regard to his notability, but there is no immediate danger of the article's deletion. As your username indicates that you have some relation to him, I suggest that you refrain from editing the article and instead discuss changes on the talk page.
