The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Equal Paying for Equal Working until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Chess (talk) Ping when replying 06:39, 15 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi - I wanted to let you know why this is being nominated for deletion. Ultimately it's because the page is redundant to the existing article on equal pay for equal work. The content rehashes the material in the article as well so there's no real need to merge either. It does look like there's an argument being made on the deletion discussion page for this being a valid redirect term, though. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:21, 15 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
