Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?

Overall I found this article to be well rounded in the approach to African history. This would be real useful for anyone wanting to get a 300,000 foot view of African history, but wouldn't be so relevant if someone was needing a more specific frame of African history.

Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?

As I review the material I didn't see any information out of date or incorrect in the timelines.

What else could be improved?

I believe that this site is a good platform for a well establish article and has given me much creditability when considering how to create a page.
