answering question
[edit]Hi Alema004, thanks for reaching out with your question. The references at the bottom appear in the order that they are used. If you remove a reference, they will automatically renumber themselves. There's no particular policy that dictates what references go first (they aren't supposed to be alphabetical or anything).
