Nigahiga, or Ryan Higa, is the 2nd most subscribed comedian on Youtube (originally the first but pushed down by Smosh who changed category to Comedian) and the third most subscribed of all time. He is most noted for his "How to be" videos together with Sean Fujiyoshi (Fujiboi) and his Soulja Boi parodies (in particular Yank Dat Cameltoe).
