Welcome!

[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Linking

[edit]

Hi! Thanks for trying to improve the encyclopaedia! Unfortunately most of your changes have been reverted, as they were mistaken. A couple of things: when adding a wikilink, please make sure that you're pointing to the right article – with this edit to Buggiano you linked the words 'San Lorenzo' to the church of San Lorenzo in Florence; that's the wrong church, and in the wrong town. Also, please don't link centuries ("7th century") or dates ("AD216") – we don't do that here. I'll leave you an invitation below, to a place where you can ask about what to do as a new editor, and how to do it. Happy editing, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 20:22, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Justlettersandnumbers Hi, Thanks for reviewing my contributions and for your guidelines, I will definitely act on them. Please allow me to contact you with my future problems. Regards AldoLiber (talk) 14:55, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome to do that, AldoLiber – if you ask a question here I will probably see it (and if you ping me as you did above, I'll certainly see it). However, asking at the Teahouse may get you a broader range of answers to a question, and that can be a good thing. Regards, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 17:50, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
