[edit]I've replaced your addition to the Aldershot article. Knowing what is happening is not enough (see WP:OR). The article needs to be well sourced (see WP:RS). Within those guidelines you can write any balanced contribution to the article. What you wrote before was unsourced and from one perspective only. One does not need to be from the town to write an encyclopedic article. In fact, in may be preferable to NOT live there to get a more objective arrticle.
