Hello @Philipnelson99,

I am new to Wikipedia. So, forgive me if I dont know the rules well.

Based on my 20+ years of Treasury experience in North America, South America and Asia, I added a FTP Critcism section, where I listed some of the most important issues I have experience during my career. I do not have a source because the source is my experience. This contribution was deleted becuase I have not reference to any paper.

I will be happy to quote my name but I am not sure that is acceptable here. Please provide some guidance.
