Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article AYAP may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. -- Francs2000 23:42, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
Image of Alaska and Yukon
[edit]If you have an image to upload, just click on "Upload file" from any page in Wikipedia and follow the online instructions. I'm afraid I don't know where to get images from of geographical areas, however if you find an image of Alaska or Yukon that you like, click on the image itself and look at the history to see who uploaded it, and ask them. -- Francs2000 15:01, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
As requested
[edit]Just FYI, if you're ever in this situation in the future, when an article has pretty much only had one author, the author can request its deletion without going through AfD. Just edit the page and put {{db-author}} at the top. It basically translates to "The author has changed his mind and would like this deleted." The article will usually be deleted within a few minutes or (at most) a few hours, whenever an admin gets around to it. I tagged the article and it's gone now. Fan1967 17:22, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
Burj Dubai
[edit]sorry for snapping at you, but I had reasons for being so defensive and protective of the information and my sources... Go to skyscrapercity.com, the locals from dubai have updates on it almost every day. --KCMODevin 20:33, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
