Hi Akruljev. I have a few comments but my first question is are there sources on this facility that are not linked to the university or the center itself? Mentions in trade publications or local papers (or potentially ed-tech papers or conferences) will do, but Wikipedia articles must be built on independent, reliable sources. That's both a content policy and a good way to keep the tone and focus of your article on areas a general reader would be interested in (versus how the center would want itself to be represented).
