Gateway State Trail

Nice work on Gateway State Trail! I just did some general sprucing-up to bring it in line with current practice. I trimmed a few little bits that were too specific. Wikipedia policy is to not include travel guide-type info like hours, fees, and rules because it is liable to change and is outside the scope of an encyclopedic reference.
