Request reason:

I would like to be able to edit over Tor, however, tor nodes are blocked globally. As noted information on WP:EXEMPT, I am appealing the block for my account here.

Decline reason:

WP:EXEMPT does not mention Tor explicitly, but I can see no reason for treating it differently form other anonymous proxy editing. For that, you have to be "An editor who has genuine and exceptional need", and the instructions on that page are to email your request to unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
