Hiya, thanks for taking the time to write a guide, I appreciate how much work it takes! I had a question for you though... In the Georgewilliamherbert section, you mentioned poor administrative decisions. If you have a moment, could you link a few? I'd be interested in reviewing them. His blocks of Malleus Fatuorum, that I've seen, have been ill-thought out and only seem to add heat to the situation and not solve it. There are some editors for which blocks simply do not work: it may be that they consider a block a badge of pride, or they just don't care. Malleus is one of those editors and George doesn't seem to get that, with no less than three blocks of Malleus. Has Malleus changed? Nope. Blocks don't work; backing off and moving on does. Malleus can be extremely uncivil and rude, but I'd rather his content work than George's any day, and that's what is most important at Wikipedia. Blocking a prolific content writer for a few bad words seems inappropriate and misguided. AD 20:38, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
