[edit]Hi Ahsoka Dillard, here are some thoughts about your article.
- I would retitle the first section as "Early life and education". You can then create a separate "personal life" section towards the bottom of the article. For example, see Gillian R. Knapp.
- Wikipedia section titles are in "sentence case" not "title case", meaning that only the first word of the title and any proper nouns are capitalized. Instead of "Personal Life", you would have "Personal life", and so on.
- Wikipedia relies on reliable sources. Blogs do not count as reliable sources, so we typically do not want to see any Wordpress sites in the references section. It would be great if you could replace this source with something higher quality (otherwise, simply remove the source and the information it's supporting.)
- I can't get the very first source to load, can you? I was concerned because the reference identifies it as "self-published", which if true, possibly means it is unsuitable for Wikipedia.
managed to balance motherhood and her studies thanks to the confidence of her teachers
sounds a little fluffy, like something you would see in a magazine profile of this person, though probably not an encyclopedia. I would probably just truncate this sentence, leaving only "At school, she gave birth to her first child".- In general, all content on Wikipedia should be referenced. If consecutive sentences come from the same source, the citation can be added once at the end of the consecutive sentences rather than duplicated at the end of each sentence. In that vein, no paragraph should end without a citation, and no paragraphs should lack citations. I see several paragraphs that lack citations, which is a red flag. Where does this content come from? How will the reader know it's verifiable?
I believe your most pressing concern moving forward is adding citations to reliable sources. Let me know if you have any questions about this feedback! Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:10, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
