User talk:Agnello inferocito

[edit] You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Stallion. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Acroterion (talk) 19:05, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- Removing some cited material with which you disagree and adding in your own uncited opinions on the subject is not appropriate. Acroterion (talk) 19:06, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- If you do this again, I will refer your conduct for review at WP:AN3. Acroterion (talk) 19:07, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Stallion with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. —Josh3580talk/hist 19:16, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- Part of your edit seemed valid, but you are removing large blocks of text at the same time, with no WP:CONSENSUS, this is the reason I reverted your edit. —Josh3580talk/hist 19:19, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- I have protected the article for a day; please take it to the talk page. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 19:17, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- You have failed to obtain consensus on the talkpage, and despite the patient advice of several experienced editors with extensive expertise, including many writers of featured articles on equine subjects, you clearly do not understand the relevant sourcing requirements, or are unwilling to listen to them. Please do not attempt to impose your views against consensus. Acroterion (talk) 02:39, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
Stallion edit request
[edit]Suggestion To give other editors a clear idea on what your proposal is, use this format: Current text:
- Temperament varies widely based on genetics, and training, but because of their instincts as herd animals, they may be prone to aggressive behavior, particularly toward other stallions, and thus require careful management by knowledgeable handlers. However, with proper training and management, stallions are effective equine athletes at the highest levels of many disciplines, including horse racing, horse shows, and international Olympic competition.

Edit-warring
[edit]Agnello inferocito, there has been no consensus for your changes at stallion. Continuing to re-add this material is edit-warring and you need to stop. There is room to improve the article, but not by cherry-picking data and phrasing things inaccurately, which is what you are doing. Please stop. Montanabw(talk) 07:02, 25 February 2014 (UTC)
