In my opinion, none of the references meet the requirements for independence or reliable sourcing required at WP:BIO.
- [1] describes Xbox LIVE Parties but a) it's a blog and b) it doesn't mention Massey.
- [2] proves her existence but nothing else.
- [3] is another blog that shows her name and twitter account but nothing else.
- [4] shows, well I don't know what. If that's her account, it would be a (mostly) prohibited Primary source.
- [5] proves her existence.
- The sources linked in the older versions were, if anything, even worse - all primary sources.
- The sources in the second DRV discussion were already analyzed in detail by User:S_Marshall and rejected by the community as insufficient to substantiate the biography.
You need to find independent, mainstream, secondary sources that interview her or report on her as a subject in her own right. That is, not as a spokesperson for a product but as an independently notable human being. (Primary sources can be used to authenticate minor details in an article but do not get counted toward the "notability" calculation. Blogs and podcasts are pretty much right out.) Most particularly, the sources need to show that she is more than merely "a member of the development team". The sources need to be significantly better than those identified to date.
Once independent, reliable, secondary sources are found, the article will probably write itself. As encyclopedists, we synopsize the writings of others. Limit the article to what those secondary sources say and it should be fine. Hope that helps. Rossami (talk) 01:31, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
