English compound
[edit]Hi professor Klein!
I chose to review the English compound article because I want to compare what I have learned in our textbook about compounds to the Wiki article on English compounds, and the article contains some of the terms we should add. Also the article is class "B" and I would like to evaluate why it was given that grade.

[edit]Mayan languages
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayan_languages
The Mayan languages[notes 1] form a language family spoken in Mesoamerica and northern Central America. Mayan languages are spoken by at least 6 million Maya peoples, primarily in Guatemala, Mexico, Belize and Honduras. In 1996, Guatemala formally recognized 21 Mayan languages by name,[2] and Mexico recognizes eight more within their territory.[notes 2]
