The topic does seem like a solid claim of notability, but it would be nice if you used the standard inline citation system as described in the guidelines at WP:IC to make it much easier for reviewers to gloss over the draft. That's my only major gripe; feel free to resubmit once you're done.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
