This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Algonquin outfitters, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.algonquinoutfitters.com/abt/1a.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 16:30, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

Kenny Hotz
[edit]I assume you're the one who left a message on my talk page. I'm reverting it back to the version I wrote because people aren't supposed to write their own articles on Wikipedia. Kenny Hotz obviously wrote most of the information in his article, and you've been cut and pasting old material that he obviously wrote himself onto the page as a proxy. I've deleted all of the information that has no sources for verification. If he or you would like to add information, it needs to be sourced properly. Please do not revert to a version that has unsourced claims. Dannymartin128 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 03:39, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
- I'm not interested in speaking with him or his agent, since it won't accomplish anything. Like I said, people should not be writing their own Wikipedia pages, nor should people that are close to the subject. If Kenny is notable enough, people will find published, credible sources for his career and post them. He can't just post facts about himself that he swears are true, see here for details:
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_original_research
- I spent a great deal of time cleaning his article up myself. I removed claims he made that can't be independently verified, and removed the links to his merchandise page (wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider). I think the page is fine as it is. If you have facts that you'd like to add, make sure you provide a link to a verifiable source, such as a published article. [edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. I have deleted your user page for this reason. —SMALLJIM 20:11, 30 April 2015 (UTC)
