I have tagged the article you just created because so many of the citations are not independent sources. Have a look at our guidelines - Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. Perhaps you can improve on this. Also, is the "of Ballumbie Castle" bit part of his actual name/title? If not, we might be better off moving the article to "Mark Lindley-Highfield". Well, I would say the Open University one isn't really independent, because he obviously wrote it himself. When I first looked at the Guardian one, I was doing a search on "Lindley" so I missed the fact that he was mentioned by his birth name, so you're right, that one's perfectly admissible.
