   Hi AdamHolt, thank you for creating the Kukkuripa article. Yesterday, another editor decided to tag your article for deletion within five days. This is a standard process on Wikipedia, but the deletion process can be a bit offputting for new editors, so I'll try to explain why it happened and what to do next and how:

   Why: Your article was tagged for deletion because it lacked citations to reliable sources to show it meets Wikipedia's policies of verifiability and notability, which apply to all articles. It wasn't a complaint about the quality of your writing.

   What next: I have tried to help stop this proposed deletion by adding several references (and removing the deletion tag), but this may not be enough to forestall other types of deletion process being started in future. You can help too by adding more references to the article.

   How: If you have a reference and want to use it to support a fact or assertion in the text, one way is to do this is using an "inline citation". An easy way to make an automatically numbered inline citation appear like this is to type: <ref>Name (year), Title of Book or Article, Name of Publisher or Journal, Page Numbers, Year or Full Date.</ref> (note the / before "ref") This should be typed in the text immediately after the sentence or clause containing the fact that the reference supports.

   Nowadays on Wikipedia, new articles are very often deleted if they lack references and citations. You might like to bear this in mind if you write any more new articles, which you are of course very welcome to do. I hope this is helpful.
