It's difficult to know how to answer that question, as I don't know what part of what you have already been told needs clarification for you, but I will try.
If you are only interested in posting the same kind of promotional material as before, then what you should do now is forget about doing it on Wikipedia, and go to one of the many websites which provide that kind of service, because Wikipedia doesn't.
If you would like to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, written from a neutral point of view, on subjects unrelated to yourself, your work, or any person, company, or organisation with connections to you, then what you should do now is first read Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks (if you haven't already done so, and then follow the instructions you have been given on how to make an unblock request.
