Thanks for your edit to Template:Malaysia-road-stub. However, the stub template already includes the category inside <includeonly> tags (whose contents are only expressed when a page is transcluded), so that pages tagged with the template are categorized, while the template itself is not. — Swpbtalkcontribs15:26, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
I see you have filled out an assessment for a school (being bold!). Actually I don't disagree with your assessment, but I would have offered more advice about references. We have no great articles on a Malaysian school and we are looking for an editor ......? You can get me at Victuallers16:44, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
Obviously getting exams and holidays take priority. If I can help you or a mate to create a good Malaysian school page ... then I will try. e,g. If a web site once existed then it should be possible to access it .... regards Roger aka Victuallers19:06, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Thank you very much for supporting my RfA, which closed successfully yesterday... W00t! I hope to be a great admin (and editor) and I'm sure you can tell that my use of a large, boldfaced, capital "T" and a big checkmark image in this generic "thank you" template that I swiped from some other user's Talk Page that I totally mean business! If you need anything in the future or if you see that I've done something incorrectly, please come to my Talk Page and let me know. So now I've got a bunch of reading to do.... see you around! - eo13:34, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Novels WikiProject
Hi, and welcome to the Novels WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to fiction books often referred to as "Novels".

The Novels WikiProject Newsletter: Issue XIV - July 2007
The July 2007 issue of the Novels WikiProject newsletter has been published. You may read the newsletter, change the format in which future issues will be delivered to you, or unsubscribe from this notification by following the link. Thank you.
Hotel Helang, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Hotel Helang satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hotel Helang and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Hotel Helang during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Russavia18:26, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
In regards to your question: if you agree that the hotel is not notable then I'm afraid all you can do is agree that it should be deleted no matter how much you may like the hotel. If, on the other hand, you feel that there is sufficient reliable, third-party coverage to construct a valid encyclopedic article about it (and by that I mean an article which would provide more than what any travel guide would) then make that point in the debate. Cheers, Pascal.Tesson03:56, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

You're Invited!
Apa Kabar,
I have just joined WikiProject Malaysia and have contributed to the article Malaysian Indian by expanding it. Hope you like it. Regards.
Hello! I thought you may be interested in joining WikiProject Dravidian civilizations. We work on creating, expanding and making general changes to Dravidian related articles. If you would be interested in joining feel free to visit the Participants Page! Thank You.
Hi, no problem. Dravidian is a family of related ethnicities and languages in South Asia. They are primarily located mostly in Southern India, but are also in Northeastern Sri Lanka, Central parts of India, and parts of Pakistan and Bangladesh. For example, in Malaysia the Indians and Ceylonese there are actually Tamils, an ethno/ linguistic group belonging to the Dravidian family. It is kind of similar to the Malayo-Polynesian family of ethnicities and languages where you have the Malays, Javanese, Timorese, etc. Similarly also amongst the Dravidians are the Malayalees, Telugus, Tulus who are in Southern India and the Brahuis of parts of Pakistan, just to name a few. If you ever decide to join our group, perhaps you could keep tabs on the Malaysian Indian and Singaporean Indian articles. Another article I have expanded was the Bujang Valley article. Also, we occasionally get some people who may vandalize those pages by taking the WikiProject Dravidian civilizations banner off of those talk pages. Anyways, we look forward to having you. Regards. The Novels WikiProject Newsletter: Issue XVI - September 2007
During August we signed up to the WikiProject advertising facility {{wikipedia ads}} initiative.
Our tagged articles now number over 14,000 and more are being added every day. In reality the article count for our project scope is likely to be much higher so the more who can get involved and assist the process of improving the quality of the articles the better.
Member news
The project has currently 261 members, 7 joined & 0 leavers since the last newsletter at the start of August 2007.
A number of editors have signed up to our "task forces" without signing to the main project so the figure could be slightly higher.
Other news
Although many editors are doing sterling work actually working on writing and maintaining articles we could always do with more volunteers to assist with the project wide tasks.
Our Collaboration of the Month is in need of more suggested articles for our attention and more votes for those already proposed.
Welcome to the sixteenth issue of the Novels WikiProject's newsletter! Use this newsletter as a mechanism to inform yourselves about progress at the project and please be inspired to take more active roles in what we do.
We would encourage all members to get more involved and if you are wondering what with, please ask.
The first person to start the article is mentioned in the next newsletter. This month's article is Susan Cooper's Over Sea, Under Stone, which currently is only a redirect.
To stop receiving this newsletter, or to receive it in a different format, please list yourself in the appropriate section here.
I'm glad that you're contributing to the article above by inserting more logos and resizing them. However, please be aware of the summary note I posted with the major edit of that article. I didn't revert your edit though, but there are a few things I would like to point out.
– I intended the logo column to be a place for viewing thumbnails of pictures that resembles the channel. Whoever who want to look at the full-sized logo can click at the thumbnail. Therefore, the thumbnail shouldn't be large.
– Needless to say, not all logos are suitable to be viewed at small sizes, especially within a text table. So I set an "informal" rule for this matter. Logos should be about 20px in height, but preferably less than 60px in width. This is because some landscape logos (especially SVG) look larger than the rest (even in the same height).
The rule is quite important other than to avoid inconsistent table height. It is also "dial-up friendly" and loads faster, as these thumbnail logos have average sizes of 1~2KB. Besides, those logos that are wide enough (40-50px) can drop the align="center" tag.
Of course it doesn't look nice now, and many others are unaware of the rule (more prone to vandalism), but since I started it, I should continue with this until it's considered unsuitable. I'm creating and uploading better quality logos recently, and you may visit my user page to have a look. Meanwhile I hope that others are aware of my "informal" rule, and manage the page to project a professional image. I'm open to suggestions.
P/S: I helped you to improve the "solstice" article in your Malay Wikipedia Sandbox. Have a look in the discussion session. ^^ Hytar20:51, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Reminder: the ISBN is 13 digits long if assigned after 1 January2007, and 10 digits long if assigned before 2007. ISBN-10 and ISBN-13 can both be used in the book template, see related discussion here. In either case just prefix the number with the string "ISBN".
Enthusiastic Novel's WP members are welcome to edit the list of missing works available in The Literary Encyclopedia — a part of WikiProject Missing articles, an effort to use outside sources to determine what articles are missing from Wikipedia.

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Parkson, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Parkson is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Parkson, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself.CSDWarnBot09:31, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Edits to Sungai Pelek
Thank you very much for tidying up the Sungai Pelek page :) It would have taken me quite a while to figure out how to do it.
It is very gratifying to have someone as experienced as you are to take an interest.
Re the removal of the first headmasters of the various schools, I thought that it reflected some of the history relating to the schools. I will be adding in the names of all the other schools as I find out but those were the 2 names I could come up with at the moment.
I hope to be adding more to the Sg Pelek page and I would appreciate you running your eye over the contents, at your leisure, and making the necessary edits to keep the page up to the standard required by Wikipedia.
Thanks for suggesting ways to improve the Sungai Pelek article.
I am slowly learning how to use Wikipedia and hope to make a worthwhile contribution.
Even though, you have claimed to have done very little, I do appreciate the help you have given in tidying up the article. It makes the page look so professional :)
I hope my friend in Sg Pelek will send me some photos to insert into the article, so that will be my next big step. I am glad that I have someone as experienced as you to guide me when I make the inevitable mistakes.
I'd like to be the first one to award Acs4b the Excellent Userpage for having such a cool page and happens to be better than mine. Something you should be proud of. -- ThinkBlue (HitBLUE)21:34, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
