Source 3 is broken. Sources 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 do not mention the subject of the article at all. The Forbes article seems like a good reference, and more in-depth third party coverage like this is what is needed. Generic coverage of topics related to but not directly about the subject of the article do not contribute to notability.

To help with the problem I mentioned in my decline summary, you can remove things like the section on services, which only really serves (no pun intended, although it is a great pun) to promote the company in question. Also, everything should be sourced; if you cannot source something, then remove it.

The draft does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about it should be included in Wikipedia. The encyclopedia is for topics that have gained substantial attention from the world at large over a period of time. It is for articles about companies that have had significant and demonstrable effects. A firm may be notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources, independent of the company. Articles must be based primarily on such sources.

After stripping away what is not reliable or doesn't mention The Stem, very little is left. The New York Business Journal is a start, but is not sufficient on its own. Top-NNN lists do not count towards notability, per the third footnote in WP:CORP. Fast Company and Human Resource Executive Online (is there any evidence that the latter has a reputation for accuracy and fact checking?) say very little about the company, they just include a few quotes from the founder.

Based on the sources cited, the subject does not appear to be a suitable topic for a stand alone encyclopedia article. Wikipedia is not for advertising, marketing, or public relations

Hello. In a recent edit to the page Amapiano, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style.
