Dear Heliosxeros, Thank you for your feedback. Could please you advice which portions of the text should be rewritten? I put several references to reliable source on my article.

Greetings. There is major fault in your submission. Most portions of your article is very promotional I must say. The outline for your article can be referred and copied from other similar articles on Wikipedia. Firstly, you used many technical terms and nomenclatures. It would be best to fine-tune it in a way that people from other fields or people without the knowledge are able to understand the article well. You can read WP:PUFFERY to help you with your choice of words. Secondly, the outline. Aspects like goals, scope, milestones are very promotional, as if extracted from a brochure. It is promotional in a sense that such content makes the writer as if he or she is intending to sell the content to the readers. Writing style must be as neutral as possible on wiki. See WP:NPOV. Lastly, your sources are poor. Cite third party sources: mainstream publication, magazines, newspapers and books. Stay away from homepages and official websites. If any problems persist or if you wish to seek further clarity, feel free to post it to the AfC Helpdesk, link embedded on the declination banner at your submission page. Cheers and happy editing.
