Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Acdcguy1991, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page List of AC/DC band members have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

[edit]Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions to AC/DC has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reliable source. Laser brain (talk) 23:35, 22 March 2018 (UTC)
Angry Anderson is a legitimate source. You think a man that went to Malcolm's funeral is pulling this out of his ass?Acdcguy1991 (talk) 02:18, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
- Make the case on the article talk page if you want, but don't edit war over it, or you'll get blocked. See WP:3RR. MaxBrowne (talk) 02:40, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on AC/DC. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Laser brain (talk) 03:21, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. MaxBrowne (talk) 22:14, 24 March 2018 (UTC)
If it does so does including Axl as an official member. Either keep my edit or downgrade Axl to a touring member. Don't be a hypocrite. Acdcguy1991 (talk) 22:29, 24 March 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Ublocking proposal

Nothing I did violated the terms of service. In fact soon after I was suspended the user that requested my blocking added a similar section under a different subtitle. This was a clearly an ego issue from this moderator.

This is not the way to get unblocked
[edit]An IP editor attempted the same edit. Purely circumstantial of course but you get the point - if that's you editing as an IP while blocked, it is considered block evasion and can lead to further blocks. I didn't want you to get blocked, but you just carried on with your edit warring after being warned, and your unblock request gives no indication that you understand the issue. I did absolutely nothing wrong. This is an abuse of power. Acdcguy1991 (talk) 02:36, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not going to be an asshole and rub your face in it, but you really need to understand wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Please read it carefully and take it in. MaxBrowne (talk) 03:05, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
The whole thing is you were looking for a fight. You knew damn well what I posted did not violate any rules. But continued to poke me until you found an excuse to block be on a technicality. Acdcguy1991 (talk) 03:33, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
