Thank you.

A tag has been placed on DeucePro. Entertainment, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of DeucePro. Entertainment and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 22:34, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to DeucePro. Entertainment, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with DeucePro. Entertainment. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 22:57, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to DeucePro. Entertainment. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Diannaa (Talk) 23:00, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself, as you did at DeucePro. Entertainment. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. -- Rrburke (talk) 23:01, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is your final warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to DeucePro. Entertainment. Diannaa (Talk) 23:04, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reply from my talkpage

[edit]

You must prove that the company meets the notability guidelines at WP:CORP. You must provide reliable sources to prove the company's notability. And you must not write it in first person, nor copy and paste material from other sources. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 01:43, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I thought the paragraph above explained the problems. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 01:45, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page DeucePro. Entertainment has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.facebook.com/deuceproent.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 01:55, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

FYI conflict of interest guideline

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia in DeucePro. Entertainment, Deucepro entertainment or other articles, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. – Athaenara 03:45, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Response yet again

[edit]

I replied to you twice above. And what part of the many many links provided on this page4 do you not understand? Everard Proudfoot (talk) 06:05, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you can't be bothered to actually read what I am posting, what is the point of my repeatedly trying to explain to you? Please stop asking for a response on my Talk page, if you won't read what I'm posting here. Everard Proudfoot (talk) 06:08, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is going to be my last response to you here on this topic

[edit]

Did you read WP:CORP? What guidelines does your company meet there? Did you read WP:RS? What reliable sources did you provide? Did you read WP:COI? If you have a conflict of interest, it is generally best if you don't write the article yourself. Did you read WP:SPAM? DOn't make the wording read like an ad. And I am not an admin, so I didn't delete anything. If you do decide to go ahead and re-add the article, I will have no option but to report you for contentious editing.
