If you need assistance when it comes time to upload images for your article on Elsie Oxenham, feel free to leave a message on my talk page and I'll run you through the process. It's not difficult, just a little time-consuming. (One possible image you might consider is a scan of the cover of one of her books. Save it in jpeg or png formats, and it's ready to go.) Thanks, Denni - I will check the 'how to upload an image' page when I have a suitable one to hand - I have several of covers of & ills from various of Oxenham's books, which I may use on the page about her Abbey Girls series. I won't trouble you on that unless I get stuck.
I would be glad to have your thoughts on another matter - whether it would be better to extend the Abbey Girls page at some time to cover her other books - some were in connected sub-series, some with no connection - or put those in the article about Elsie J. Oxenham herself, dividing it into biographical and bibliographical sections, or would they merit pages of their own? I suspect that anyone looking will try either 'Elsie Oxenham' or 'Abbey Girls' as search terms, rather than the lesser known books, but would welcome your advice/opinion sometime as to the most useful way of doing it - no rush as I have a busy life at the moment and not on broadband yet, so time I can give to this rather limited... --Abbeybufo 20:09, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
I would suggest that if there is enough to create an article about the other books, that you do so, and link them to the Oxenham article. One nice thing about Wikipedia is that you don't have to keep everything in one place, and if articles are properly linked, navigation is easy. Denni talk 00:06, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
thanks, I'll work on that basis --Abbeybufo 11:38, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Fair enough. I didn't know anything about her, I was just tidying up and made a false assumption. Deb 23:31, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

PS. I suggest you check out Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies). Deb 23:34, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

No, I was just going through the list of new articles looking for vandals! When I see a very short article that doesn't deserve to be deleted, I try and tidy it up a bit. Too quickly, sometimes. It's interesting to see that you are Secretary of a literary society. Me too. Perhaps we will run into each other at the Alliance of Literary Societies AGM. Deb 23:38, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

I assert to have voted for picture 8 --Abbeybufo 22:44, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
