Hi, Aaronshneider. I see you're a participant under one of Wikipedia's educational projects. You've added a considerable amount of well-cited material to the article on Slavery in ancient Rome, and it needs re-writing in summary style. What you've added is article-length in itself! It might also contain original research: the plays themselves are sources, but when making comparisons, please offer the opinions of secondary sources. Your material contains several essay-style statements or opinions (please read WP:NOTESSAY). Please don't be discouraged; your enthusiasm is to be applauded - but just focus on the topic itself - if this were an examination, I'd say that you've not thoroughly read and digested the question properly. The introduction should give you some idea of what should be covered in the main text, and in what proportion. Or at least, it should. You've chosen a difficult and rather messy article, whose introduction leaves much to be desired. If you're after a model, Slavery in ancient Greece is a much better example.
