2018 Asian Games

[edit]

Hey there! Thanks for contributing on {{2018 Asian Games men's football game C3}}. Please don't change the links for the UAE players. As they are the correct links for the respective players and are referred by their FIFA popular name. By changing the links anyone would not be able to open the respective wiki pages of the concerned players.--Anbans 585 (talk) 11:38, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Also please don't change the format in which the goalscorers are added. As that format is the standard format in which all wiki football articles are written. Please check 2018 FIFA World Cup for reference.--Anbans 585 (talk) 11:42, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Gotcha. Sorry. Aalv15 (talk) 11:51, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

2018 AFC U-16 Championship

[edit]

Hey There! I think Afghanistan is not knocked out, as consider the case if South Korea defeats Iraq and Afghanistan defeats Australia on the last match day. In such a case the points table will be South Korea with 9 points and every other team with 3 points. Now since every other team is on 3 points then a triple head to head will be calculated, in which a mini-table will be made for these 3 teams where the result against South Korea will not be counted. For example as of now a mini table between these 3 teams is

  • Team GF GA GD Pts
  • AUS 2 1 +1 3
  • IRQ 3 3 0 3
  • AFG 1 2 -1 0

Now if Afghanistan defeats Australia by 2 goals then they will qualify for the knockout stage ahead of Australia and Iraq based on triple head to head. Do tell me if I missed something or if I am wrong anywhere.--Anbans 585 (talk) 17:23, 25 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

AFC U 19 Championship

[edit]

To reach a triple H2H between IDN, TPE and QAT, UAE and TPE will have to win on the final match day. As it stands, the triple H2H between Indonesia, Chinese Taipei and Qatar is-

  • Team GF GA GD Pts
  • QAT 6 5 +1 3
  • IDN 8 7 +1 3
  • TPE 1 3 -2 0

Now if TPE wins by more than 3 goals, then the table will look something like this-

  • Team GF GA GD Pts
  • TPE 5 3 +2 3
  • IDN 8 7 +1 3
  • QAT 6 9 -3 3

Thus I think that TPE still has a chance to qualify thus it is the slightest of them all. But officially, I don't think that they are knocked out of the tournament yet. Ping me when replying, if you think that there is something I missed.--Anbans 585 (talk) 17:09, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

So it is a wrong report by AFF/FAT/AFC?

[edit]

About the goalscorers, see [1]. And also the one who frequently put the "E" for Timor-Leste status is not me but other IP addresses. Inasal (talk) 18:22, 3 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Was it about Thailand's goal by Theekawin that I previously said not a penalty? It was most likely AFC's mistake. AFF report shows Theekawin's goal is not from a penalty kick. Yes, I know you didn't. I was irritated by the unregistered users' stubbornness, they kept redoing the same thing. I'm glad the war had subsided. Aalv15 (talk) 16:03, 4 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
No, not only that. I was surprised when they reporting false goalscorer in their report. I have seen the video, you was right, it comes from the header and there is no penalty. Not surprising too when the AFF do the naming mistake as seen from "Valeron" name spelling. Regarding the anonymous users, they can be reported to WP:AIV and if the article still continually vandalised by more IPs, you can ask for WP:RFP from the administrators. Cheers! Don't get stressed by them. Inasal (talk) 07:15, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

In this article where can I look for the information about matches' referees? When looking up on the match report pdf they don't mention referee's name in there.2001:EE0:4001:BB7E:31AD:5BD2:9938:51E5 (talk) 10:56, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You can find them on AFF's official Twitter account. Aalv15 (talk) 15:00, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

U-19s sort of international tournament isn't notable enough to pass WP:GNG

Discussion at Talk:Sarah Azhari

[edit]

I invite you to please join the discussion at Talk:Sarah Azhari.

Hello, we are seeking help with the Sarah Azhari article, created in 2013 & recently the subject of a deletion proposal. At issue was whether or not the Indonesian language sources establish notability. I am inviting you to the discussion at Talk:Sarah Azhari#Help with Indonesian language sources because you are in the Category:User id-N & have a minimum of 1,000 edits across all Wikimedia projects.

I realize that some of you are very busy while others may no longer be editing. Nevertheless, I thought it wise to consult with you.

Thank your for the work that you do on Wiki[mp]edia! Peaceray (talk) 21:06, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
