A barnstar for you!

The Brilliant Idea Barnstar
Looking at the history of redlists! Great idea. Best wishes from Women in Red - Roger aka Victuallers (talk) 07:47, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
A barnstar, on your first day? Not jealous, not jealous at all. #ALittleBitJealous. Welcome to Wikipedia :) -Bogger (talk) 08:38, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Bogger: Thank you very much, it came to me as a surprise as well ^^" (especially because I had to look up what a barn star is first). This is well appreciated, thank you very much ::Victuallers! Anyway, one always needs to manage expectations when starting a new project: it's just an intuition so far and it remains yet to discover whether this will lead anywhere. @Aaaasen: The data is there and I suspect analysis will show the hidden meta bias. OK, Women in Red tries to remove (some of) the emphasis on blokes, but do we pick white women, black scientists or people from our own country to help fix the primary problem? Are we tempted by women who are definitely notable or do editors choose women who are barely notable. Hope you find some good stuff. Victuallers (talk) 14:01, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
