Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page FMOD, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Waonderer (talk) 13:32, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
Please stop vandalizing the Eaglercraft draft article and self promoting.
[edit]Hello! Can you please stop advertising your own website? ThatAintEagler (talk) 20:32, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
- Hope this catches you well,
- Solenten has been linking to eaglercraft.dev without my permission and I've been asking him not to. I'd appreciate if we could settle on there not being any link at all, as it is pirated and I'm sure it would eventually get taken down by a Wikipedia mod, if the draft even gets approved.
- Also, it isn't vandalism that he undid the edits that he showed me, AI-generated content has no place on Wikipedia, and would just make the community as a whole look stupider than it already is. Adding a link to a website, even through a biased point of view, isn't really vandalism.
- It would be great if the draft could be created in a neutral manner, nor linking to any website which enables a user to play the game. I understand that a link on Wikipedia is prime SEO for any website hosting the game, but it's for the best if nobody gains anything for spreading potentially helpful information.
- Cheers,
