March 2019

I have moved your article back to draft space again as it was previously declined. Do not simply move it yourself. If you have addressed the concerns raised, you are free to submit it again using the WP:AFC process, but if the person does not meet any of the notability guidelines, in particular WP:GNG and WP:NPOL then it will not be accepted.
