Interesting, what country? Also welcome back. The DET have blocked over 2/3 of the proxies in existance so finding one is like finding a gold nugget (metaphorically speaking). I unfortunately can only use Sourceforge :/ the only reason that it isn't blocked is because some teachers were smart enough to upload content there.
