A cup of coffee for you!

[edit]
Just happened to be looking at recent changes, and saw your 33 thousand bite new article on the Life of Charles Townshend (1861-1914)! Congratulations on your hard work, and here's some coffee to keep you going 🙂 Johnson524 (Talk!) 01:18, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation

[edit]

Hello A.S. Brown!

  • The New Pages Patrol is currently struggling to keep up with the influx of new articles needing review. We could use a few extra hands to help.
  • We think that someone with your activity and experience is very likely to meet the guidelines for granting.
  • Reviewing/patrolling a page doesn't take much time, but it requires a strong understanding of Wikipedia’s CSD policy and notability guidelines.
  • Kindly read the tutorial before making your decision, and feel free to post on the project talk page with questions.
  • If patrolling new pages is something you'd be willing to help out with, please consider applying here.

Thank you for your consideration. We hope to see you around!

NPOV noticeboard

[edit]

Hi A.S. Brown! There is a discussion at Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard#Konrad Henlein which appears to involve you. Your participation is requested. Thank you! Horse Eye's Back (talk) 14:47, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Archives

[edit]

Perusing this page's history I noticed that you blanked it with the edit summary "To the achives"[1] (presumably you meant archives) but I'm having trouble locating the page archive, it doesn't appear to be linked from the page at all and I can't find it by hard searching either. The Second World War

[edit]

Thanks a lot for your edits to The Second World War (book series). Could you please add some sub-headings as you go though? They help readers to navigate and understand the article and I think that they'd be helpful as the 'themes' section is now a very long block of text. A barnstar for you!

I really enjoyed reading what were largely your contributions on Richard Rusk. What a fascinating life he lived. Thank you for making his story available in such detail. Unbandito (talk) 22:28, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

help

[edit]

my sock puppet investigation request is not shown at the active list in the main page :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Spworld2

can you please help? Aparamoorthy (talk) 14:27, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, Aparamoorthy, for your message. I am afraid there is a backlog of SPI cases going to the spring as the administrators are overworked. I would like to help, but I am afraid there is not much I can do about that. At present, the case you filed appears to be in the active list, which means that an administrator will look at it sometime, through I cannot say precisely when. I am sorry that I am cannot be of more help to you, but the case you filed will be looked at it. There are cases that I filed back in July that still not resolved, so one must have patience here. Best wishes and I hope all is well.

[edit]

Esteemed Sir: In describing Bullitt's mission to Russia in 1919, in the fourth paragraph, you write, "The Bolsheviks had control of Petrograd, Moscow and the industrial of the Urals and hence of the Russian arms industry..." Please, the industrial WHAT? I can guess at your intention, but would you like to repair that sentence as you meant it? J S Ayer (talk) 03:49, 16 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Industrial cites of the Urals. --A.S. Brown (talk) 05:49, 16 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

October 2024

[edit]

Hi, I am new here and I don't how to do this. You created an article on Domenic Racco. It is now a redirect. I found lots of new info on this guy, but I don't know to turn it back into an article again. Can you help? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 23.248.100.238 (talk) 05:30, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Good luck with your editing, and if you ever need any help, I would be glad to obligate. Best wishes! --A.S. Brown (talk) 05:39, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
