It's a good example of how unserious Wikipedia is as a source for information. It is common knowledge that Trump, as the President of the United States, was the Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces between January 2017 and January 2021. Not even a peer-reviewed academic journal article would require a source to make that claim.
