BSG: "Sorry but I don't see how the past edits in between my last made the first plot any clearer, if not actually more unclear. What is the justification in "just" rewriting, and blurring the information?"
Wikipedia is a collaborative effort. IMO the (now) current synopsis for Storyline One is quite awkward to read. Its a first draft so that's to be expected. I took what you had drafted and use it in creating a second draft. I would have thought the respectful thing to do would have been to take my draft and then further refine it, perhaps reversing various parts you disagreed with.
Terms like:
seems very depressed which she perceives as like having a purpose according to her words presumably her own
Read very awkwardly and are IMO overly cautious in qualifying everything (in a tacked on way at the end of each sentence). If you read my version again you'll note that I've tried to keep the content of everything you've said but alter the emphasis and flow. I'm not saying its perfect but IMO its better than the current draft. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.29.115.146 (talk • contribs)
AfD nomination of FTL (Battlestar Galactica)
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is FTL (Battlestar Galactica). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/FTL (Battlestar Galactica) (3rd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:09, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
