Olive Wathena (Woods) Ballantyne (born 1922) is the widow of John Ballantyne.
Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to The War at Home (film). It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. tmopkisn tlka 04:17, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi, I tagged the Largest Political Group on Facebook article for speedy deletion, according to the A7 criteria. The subject of your article seems not to have enough notability (yet ;)) to be included in Wikipedia. Don't worry, this is a common mistake among newcomers ;). See WP:NOT and WP:BIO for more information. Really sorry about the confusion. -- lucasbfr talk 03:53, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

Mr. Steak
[edit]I see that you're working on adding to the Mr. Steak article. The links that you're posting, while they relate to Mr. Steak, probably aren't best suited to simply being in the article as they currently exist. I think it would be fitting to have them on the Talk page, so that we can reference them in creating the article. Also, how about explaining a bit about how each page relates to Mr. Steak in particular? ENeville 00:24, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
Plump Fiction
[edit]The article Plump Fiction has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 17:01, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article John W. Luff elementary school, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 08:00, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
