Don't worry about it. I'm not sure if that source is reliable either but it's better than a forum (which are never reliable), so go ahead and replace it if you want. It doesn't matter if you aren't familiar with the syntax - there are tools that do it for you. Just click the "cite" button at the top and in the "templates" drop-down click "cite web", then it's just a case of filling in the blanks.
