[edit]Your recent edit to Spinnin' Records appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, 86.84.247.233. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Spinnin' Records, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 19:20, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm TheMagnificentist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Sander van Doorn, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - TheMagnificentist 15:04, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

I have done things you said to me
[edit]@Drmies: Hello, it's me again. Sorry, the talk page access of my account XPanettaa has been terminated by Jauerback and my email access has been terminated by TomStar81 because they both angrily hated me so much, even if I "only want to explain and apologize for what I did in October, not to abuse editing privileges", so that is why I have to borrow the IP address of my account so I can communicate with you. By the way, I have written my lengthy messages in individual paragraphs and I have read this. Also, I have read Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks when I prepare to submit an unblock request, which means I am now ready and finally requesting the talk page be unlocked after I did things you said to me so I can undertake the normal {{2nd chance}} process. However, I have chosen to talk with Anachronist (a.k.a. Amatulic) as I got something to say to him, which means he will support me when I choose to request an unblock, as he supported TheMagnificentist (who was blocked from October 22 to November 11) to be unblocked, as I saw it on TheMagnificentist's talk page (see this and this). Or please email me at carsnrace@gmail.com. Thank you. 86.84.247.233 (talk) 21:57, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- Eh, OK. Listen, it's a good idea not to say administrative decisions were made out of angry hatred. You've caused a lot of people a fair amount of work--and what you say here, about this IP address, contradicts what you said at the SPI. But I'll move on to the other talk page. Drmies (talk) 23:55, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
@Drmies: GoldenRing, who recently became an administrator, terminated the talk page access of my account XPanettaa, saying "The reasoning given is simply not credible. The similarities in editing patterns are too strong - across three wikis - for me to accept your explanation. This is sinking too much time and I'm going to disable talk page access. If you wish to appeal further then UTRS is your only option; if you want any chance at all of being unblocked, take the advice others have given you here, at commons and at nl-wiki to heart". However, I NEVER EVER used an IP address here, as well at the other Wikimedia projects, and either they didn't even see me editing at the other projects rather than here, and only referred to my editing style for "evidence", instead I have been working on pages for update (if they aren't updated yet) and creation (if they are non-existent) via the talk page of my account, saving the content of these pages as a draft by pasting the source into a note (when I expanded the pages partly or completely by adding content), having a phone call with someone, taking a dump in the bathroom or whatever. Ever when I requested an unblock, as you said to me, an administrator (especially GoldenRing) will just refuse to accept the request and therefore decline it instead after reviewing it and terminate my talk page, which means I am getting sick of this! Is there anything that I can do? By the way, I'm sorry, the talk page access of my account XPanettaa has been terminated by GoldenRing, so that is why I have to borrow the IP address of my account so I can communicate with you as I've got something to say. 86.84.247.233 (talk) 20:24, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
- OK. This is block evasion, pure and simple. You made your case, you requested an unblock, and it was denied, that's the end of it. GoldenRing explained your next option to you; communicating via an IP talk page is not one of them. As for taking dumps, that's fine though I really don't care to know, but instructing other editors to make edits on your behalf--that's editing by proxy, and that's also not allowed, so I will block this IP address and revoke talk page access. Drmies (talk) 19:30, 17 April 2017 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
