Helllo. My ISP is Virgin Media UK, now part of O2. I rarely use the site to edit pages. I have never edited a page about Rolls Royce or British Rail. Thus is mentioned above. I have inky spotted this block recently but never been unblocked. Prior to 2021 I was able to edit but have not done do fir over 2 years.
