Information icon Hello, 81.233.142.217. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Kult (role-playing game), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the COI guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. CapnZapp (talk) 08:39, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Declared connection

[edit]

I noticed you (accidentally or intentionally) revealed yourself as the subject of the article Anders Fager here: [1]. I have updated your COI listing at the article's talk page.

  • you are strongly discouraged from editing affected articles directly;
  • you may propose changes on talk pages (by using the {{request edit}} template)

Please do not edit articles with which you have a connection directly. Instead suggest improvements on the talk page, and a neutral editor may implement the changes for you. CapnZapp (talk) 16:08, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

[edit]

Hello! You have not objected to the assumption you are the subject of the article Anders Fager, or connected to it (please see my 16:08, 15 April 2021 edit above). Should this assumption be incorrect, feel free to say so, and then please ignore the following.

Can I recommend you self-declare your conflict of interest? There is a handy template called {{UserboxCOI}} you can place on your user page. Here is an example:

{{UserboxCOI
|Anders Fager
}}

Simply copy the above text lines, and add them to your user page. Of course, better is to avoid directly editing any article with which you have a connection. Instead suggest improvements on the talk page, and a neutral editor may implement the changes for you. Read more about Wikipedia's Conflict of Interest policy here: WP:COI. UserboxCOI

[edit]

Hello, 81.233.142.217.

I took the liberty of placing the {{UserboxCOI}} template on your user page for you. It means you declare publicly your connection to the subject of the mentioned article (i.e. Anders Fager).

Now, I should add that if you oppose this addition for any reason, do feel free to remove it. I do not edit the user pages of other users lightly, but you have so far not engaged in discussion despite multiple attempts.

In the interests of openness, please find the relevant policy regarding the editing of other editors' user pages here: User page content guideline regarding edits by other users.
