Check the date on the warning and you'll see that it's from over a month ago. In a month's time IP addresses often switch owners because the company assigns them to a different client. That warning was not for you, but rather the person who was assigned your IP address on January 7th. If you look at the contributions log for your IP address[1] you'll see that someone did in fact insert quite a few spam links from this IP around that time.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
