Welcome!
[edit]Welcome!
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you are fairly new! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. I also see that some of your recent edits show an interest in the use of images and/or photos on Wikipedia.
Did you know that ...
- ...Wikipedia has a very stringent image use policy?
- ...most images from Flickr, online news websites, and other web sources are copyrighted?
- ...Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously?
- ...freely-licensed images should be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, a central location for images where they can be used on all Wikipedia projects?
- ...we recommend that new users use our "files for upload" process - at least until you get the hang of things?
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Non-free content use
[edit]Hi 78.0.220.160. Each use of a non-free file needs satisfy Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. As explained in the hidden note added to the infobox template of Croatia national football team as well as in this edit sum, the non-free use of File:Croatia national football team crest.svg was previously discussed at Wikipedia:Non-free content review/Archive 69#File:Croatia football federation.png and the consensus established was that the file's non-free use is only acceptable for the Wikipedia article about the Croatian Football Federation and not acceptable for the individual team articles. If you'd like clarification of this, you should look at File talk:Croatia national football team crest.svg for reference or ask for help at WT:NFCC.
Hidden notes are sometimes added to articles to help others editors avoid making common mistakes or repeating mistakes made by others. Ignoring or removing the note without explanation just because you don't understand it or don't agree with it is not helpful. It's OK to make a mistake once, maybe even twice; however, it's not OK to keep repeating the same mistake over and over again. If you continue to inappropriately re-add the file to the article, it will continued to be removed and an administrator will be asked step in an prevent any further disruption on your part. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:22, 12 September 2018 (UTC)
- If you engage in edit warring to continue to try and inappropriately re-add this file to the Croation team article, an administrator is going to be asked to intervene to pervent any further disruption. That will likely lead to not only your IP address being blocked, but also possibly the article being protected which might make it harder for others to edit. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:27, 12 September 2018 (UTC)

. Bishonen | talk 17:19, 12 September 2018 (UTC)- Hi, 78.0.220.160. I understand that you were trying to improve the article, but you must pay attention to other people's edit summaries and also to the warnings on this page, and not just keep re-doing your edit. Did you not see the warnings and explanations? If you appeal the block and undertake to collaborate with other people in the future, I recommend the reviewing admin to unblock you.
